Thank you for allowing me the space to be the therapist I am and letting me grow in that

Supervision

Within my practice I offer supervision to a range of practitioners working within the helping professions. For example medical personnel, educational staff and other client focused workers.

Effective and supportive supervision ensures that practitioners work ethically and effectively. I also encourage my supervisees to develop their skills and careers and to return to personal therapy if they need to.

Supervision is a co-created process and provides wider insights into the practitoner’s work. An important part of this is identifying the ‘blind spots’ all of us have. It is my intention to provide a safe supportive space where supervisees can discuss all elements of their work and review their developmental needs.

I work to an Integrative model, incorporating Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic and Relational approaches. I am able to offer individual or group supervision, face to face, online or in-house for external organisations. In the later setting I can offer supervision within the capacity as an external or internal supervision.

I am a TSTA (Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst).  I am able to see supervisees through the CTA written and oral exam and those preparing for their PTSTA and TSTA exams.
