Supervision
Within my practice, I offer clinical supervision to a wide range of professionals working in the helping fields including, medical staff, educators, mental‑health practitioners, and those in client‑focused roles.
Supervision provides a reflective, supportive space where practitioners can deepen their understanding, maintain ethical standards, and continue to grow in their work.
Effective supervision is essential for ensuring that practitioners work safely, ethically, and with confidence. I encourage supervisees to develop their skills, reflect on their practice, and consider returning to personal therapy when needed as part of their ongoing professional wellbeing.
Supervision is a co‑created process. Together, we explore your work, your professional identity, and the dynamics that arise within your client relationships. A key part of this process involves identifying the “blind spots” we all naturally have — areas that may be harder to see without external reflection.
My intention is to offer a safe, supportive, and non‑judgemental space where supervisees can bring all aspects of their work, including challenges, ethical dilemmas, successes, and developmental needs.
